You thought working from home would set you complimentary
No commute. No office national politics. No manager hovering over your shoulder.

However freedom includes an expense no one advised you about.

The silence that really feels heavier than traffic.
The obscured line where your living-room becomes your cubicle.
The creeping feeling that your brain is constantly “on,” also at midnight.

Remote work really did not just relocate the workplace right into our homes.
It relocated the stress, the deadlines, and the undetectable weight of performance right into our beds, our kitchens, our extremely walls.

And now we’re paying for it– with our mental wellness.
